We tend to use a fair number of these, and replace them as they get lost or damaged. That is, brass padlocks with steel hook, since with a bit of lubrication they'll stand up to the weather outside.This sort of lock won't keep anyone out permanently, what with lock-picking skills taught online, and battery-powered grinders, mini tools, and metal saws being in the backpack of every potential thief. What it does do is deter snooping around, and it means that if anyone DOES break through one of these in our camera-festooned yard, it's breaking and entering, which is generally a steeper crime and many crooks tend to know this.We started locking stuff after incursions by some of the local druggies, who were really pretty harmless except do you really want them drinking out of your soda can in the garage fridge, or taking stuff that appeals to them? Six of these will go to yard security, and perhaps the other six after that.These were exactly as advertised; will fit most of our gate and door hasps, have smooth key action and two keys each. I like it that they're keyed differently, in case the local light-fingers decide to find a hidden key and save it.A dozen brass locks is a real form of wealth. It means you have what you need to discourage temptation by those who might be tempted. But if you lose the key, grinding them off won't take all day either.So I recommend the item at the price.

We got married early this year and so I was looking for a slightly different type of lock, and these are perfect! They also come with 2 keys, which is how we’ve always done it, we each get a key from the lock ☺️The back of these locks is totally blank, perfect for engraving, which we have done every year.The locking mechanism is smooth and clean, they are sturdy locks for their petite size 😊Definitely recommend this big pack of locks for anything; I will say that also as an owner of a property my family rents out during summer months in New England, these locks are perfect for locking a simple drawer or closet that you keep your own personal items in.

This would be good for garden sheds and the like. Things to keep kids out of getting into dangerous tools. It has a tight keyway that makes raking difficult, but still only took me on average 5 seconds to single-pin pick. Actually, not a bad buy for practice locks for 25 thousandths tensioning practice. You get a lot, it's a tight keyway and you can just work through them in succession since they are differently keyed.

This is one of the few options I found for a set of locks with different keys. Perfect for shared lockers.

Locks are sturdy and convenient! I’ve been using them on my deck box, which is long enough to reach across the lockable lid mechanism and stay securely in place. They’ve held up well outdoors, even after rain and the winter season, without jamming or rusting. Good value!

I bought these to replace several outside and around the house, on sheds and things like that. I like that they are all keyed differently. They are simple padlocks that get the job done. They arrived exactly as advertised, work perfectly, seem a good weight and durable, yet not bulky like my previous padlocks, which I really like. They do the job they are meant to do, and fit my needs perfectly. I am happy and have no complaints.

I loved this set because they're all keyed DIFFERENTLY. I use them around the house and garage quite a bit. Build quality is on par if not better than some other big box name brands. They are the perfect "medium small" size.The function perfectly and provide exceptional value for the money. Would 100% recommend if you need a bunch of padlocks that are keyed differently.

Work as intended, they are just padlocks after all. Keys are definitely different from one another. Good construction and easy to use.

I have boxes on various utility trailers that need to be secured. In the past it was a pain to keep track of which key went with which trailer. This set made things so much easier. They get the job done and I only need one key now. The size of the lock is in the "just right" zone for me. I had some smaller boxes that had smaller hasp loops that made it difficult to hang the typical lock. these provided more clearance and worked better for that.

Padlock set was used for our fences around the house. They are easy to use.

These are small locks so be sure to look at the size. They won't work with something that will require a bigger lock.Every key worked and the locks were easy to use. Never had a problem with any of them.

You can usually tell the quality of a lock by how smoothly the key operates. These are stiff and clunky. I wouldn't use these for any application that involved being outdoors. The moisture is going to make these even more difficult to operate. But if you are trying to secure a toolbox, a locker, or something like that, these will be fine. Overall, I wouldn't recommend them for serious applications, but to discourage theft, they will do the job. By the way, each lock has a different key.

These locks function quite well, but are easily defeated using low skill techniques. They'll work fine for keeping most children out of things, but they won't slow down most people who might actually want into whatever you've locked. In other words, they certainly have some good use cases, though I wouldn't depend on them to secure anything particularly valuable.

These are some high quality functional locks.The key works in the lock without forcing it 🫰🏾 to slide into 🔐 the lock or getting it to unlock👌🏾These are medium sized locks and could be used for multiple task, bikes, sheds, gates etc.👍🏾 I recommend these exceptionally priced all-weather Heavy Duty medium sized locks.

They each have unique set of keys so they can be used without fear that one person would have a key that opened all the locks. Smooth and easy to lock and unlock. All in all a nice set of light weight locks.

We ordered these 12- pack solid brass keyed Padlocks for our large family as we do have different lockers and storage units.We do like the wide body design and styling, the brass cylinder and we have been using them for the past several days and they appear to be very sturdy, and we do like the scratch resistant and corrosion resistant features. I needed a multiple locks and it was great to get this pack of 6. Very nicely made locks and these aren't the cheap ones, these are solid locks. They aren't huge, more of a medium size and each comes with 2 keys each. Perfect for locking up a couple sheds and a garage door where the door lock isn't good enough. Nice value getting a pack.

Good low-security locks. I needed them to keep utility boxes closed, and they do the job nicely. Won't keep out a determined thief. However, if you're just locking out kids and animals this is perfect. Highly recommend

I ordered these because I wanted some padlocks that were slimmer than an older, chunkier padlock I had. These are perfect (about half the thickness of my old, clunky padlock). These padlocks look nice, with a brass body and a hardened steel shackle. Each lock comes with two keys (which I like to have in case I lose one), and each lock comes in its own plain little white box with the two keys that match it.These are nice and heavy and feel very solid. They unlock easily with the keys (no need to jiggle the key around or use force to open). There is a tiny hole on the bottom of these padlocks that my old one didn't have. I had to look it up to find out that this allows water to drain (for example if you use it outside and it rains). You can also use the hole to insert a lubricant if at some point you need to do that.Overall, I'm really happy with these locks and would recommend them if you're looking for a larger quantity of slim brass padlocks.

These brass locks are of sturdy materials. With 12 keyed differently is a plus. The function of the locks is smooth, and with 2 keys per lock is great. A good value for 12 locks.

Considering the price for these "brass" locks, I wasn't expecting much in terms of "fit and finish". By this I mean many imported brass padlocks I've seen have sharp, unfinished, machined edges with lock mechanisms that have a loose feel, and unpolished plated shackels. I haven't tried all six locks yet but the three I am using seem to be high quality comparable to recognizable brand names. The lock bodies appear to be soldid brass (as does the weight) and have finished lightly chamfered edges. The lock mechanism operates smoothly and the polished shakel locks and unlocks without hesitation. The locks come individually packaged each with two keys. I'm using these in an outdoos application and have only had them a few weeks so durability is an unknown but I'm confident they will hold up to the elements.

Make sure that this sized lock (1 9/16th) will fit whichever lock you're aiming for. I'm using 3 of these for the trio lockers we have @ home. Perfect size for them. Each 1 comes with 2 identical keys. Wished the locks & keys came color-coded to prevent confusion. A little bit of paint on the set would make it easier. I'll add stickers or something on them so I'll know which key opens which lock.Recommended.

Too big and heavy to use on luggage, which is why I ordered these for.They won't fit through zipper holes, too thick/wide.Well made at least👍.

I got all the locks and they seem to work. I havent been able to try all of them. The issue is the packaging. It seems like they just threw them in the bag and sent them. No box or anything!. Just a bag with locks
