Hoxlock sells locks, security hardware, and related accessories. Section 3 - Orders

An order is an offer to purchase. Hoxlock may accept, reject, cancel, or limit orders that appear fraudulent, inaccurate, incomplete, unavailable, incorrectly priced, or otherwise problematic. An order is accepted only when confirmed and payment is processed. Review your order carefully before submitting it. Products must be purchased for lawful use.

Shipping is handled under our Shipping Policy. Eligible destinations, methods, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Most orders are processed within 3 business days. Transit is usually 3 to 5 business days, for an estimated total of 6 to 8 business days. Estimates are not guaranteed.

Section 6 - Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns and refunds are handled under our Return & Refund Policy. Hoxlock accepts eligible return requests within 30 days after delivery. Non-defective returns must be unused or opened only for inspection and basic indoor testing, clean, undamaged, and returned with original packaging, manuals, accessories, tags, and proof of purchase. Approved returns are sent by mail. We do not charge a restocking fee for approved returns.

Section 7 - Warranty and Product Support

Warranty coverage may vary by product, issue, and purchase details. Coverage does not include misuse, unauthorized modification, improper installation, accidents, normal wear, or use contrary to product instructions.

Section 8 - Intellectual Property

Shopify provides the ecommerce platform. Sales through this store are directly between you and Hoxlock. Shopify is not responsible for our products, fulfillment, customer service, or claims arising from a purchase.

Section 12 - Feedback, Reviews, and User Content
